Studies have shown that the curled tongue improves speed and agility by 10%. More seriously, images shot from a fixed position with a fixed focal length/prime lens will require cropping much more frequently than those shot with zoom lenses - as long as the zoom lens has long enough focal lengths. Another tip is that longer telephoto lenses, with their narrower angle of view, will properly frame a subject over a longer range of distances than shorter telephoto lenses.
