Thank you for using Sony products. We have discovered that in some CFexpress Type A memory cards in the CEA-G series, there are rare cases where the card is not recognized or writing does not finish in low-temperature environments near the lower limit of operating temperature (-10°C).
Therefore, we will repair the affected products free of charge during the free repair period listed below. If you are using an affected memory card product, please check whether your product is eligible for free repair, and if so, please apply via the website below or contact us at the address listed below. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to customers using the affected products. We appreciate your continued patronage of our products.

"Regarding SD memory cards of SF-M series, SF-M series TOUGH specification, and SF-G series TOUGH specification, recorded data on the card may be damaged or data may not be recorded correctly when shooting video on a camera* in video speed class mode.
* The camera compatible with video speed class V60/V90 etc. as recommended recording media."

Sony USA has issued a service advisory for the Sony FE 16-35mm f/2.8 GM Lens:
Dear Valued Sony Customer,
Thank you for your interest in Sony products.
Some SEL1635GM FE 16-35mm F2.8 GM E-mount lenses may cause the camera to not operate correctly when the lens is attached.
To address this issue, subject to the terms and conditions in the Limited Warranty that accompanied the Affected Lenses, we will repair your Affected Lens, free of charge, until March 31, 2023.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
