The Stroboframe Flash Mount Adapter provides a solid way to mount a standard shoe-type flash to a
light stand adapter such as the
Bogen/Manfrotto Swivel Umbrella Adapter
or a speedring such as the
Chimera Speedring.
There is not much fancy about the Stroboframe Flash Mount Adapter - it is not an exciting part.
It is solidly made of metal with a plastic-coated metal thumbscrew.
Attach the Stroboframe Flash Mount Adapter to an adapter via the threads on the bottom,
open the thumb screw, insert the flash and tighten the thumbscrew.
The Stroboframe Flash Mount Adapter performs fine - and makes a much nicer flash mount than Canon's shoe stand.
And it is not expensive.
